Our Commitment to Quality: Unmatched Warranty Protection
When we apply our Fluid Applied Reinforced Roofing (FARR) system to your existing commercial roof, you will receive a comprehensive No Dollar Limit (NDL) warranty for up to 20 years. Unlike typical roofing warranties with hidden clauses, ours is straightforward: if your roof leaks due to a failure in our installation or the materials we use, we will repair it. It’s that simple.
Just as importantly, our commitment extends beyond the initial warranty period. At the end of your warranty, we can clean your roof, apply an additional topcoat, and extend your warranty for another 10 years, providing continued long-term protection for your investment.
We Cover Your Building. We Cover Our Work.
While product warranties are common, their value is diminished if the roof isn’t properly prepared. At Structure Roof & Wall Solutions, we prioritize thorough preparation. We will alert you to any and all existing roof conditions and allow those conditions to guide our work. Open seams, cracks, blisters, and other damage must be properly addressed to ensure your building receives the full benefit of our Fluid Applied Reinforced Roofing System. We will not apply our FARR system to a roof that needs replacement.
All roofs require a thorough sweep and cleaning before the FARR application. Some roofs may need priming and seam repair, while others might require a more extensive level of repair. Our priority is to do the job right the first time, ensuring the longevity and performance of your roof.
We value our clients and the long-term relationships we build. That’s why we fully guarantee our work with a contractor warranty, standing behind our installation and the performance of the FARR system, not just the product itself.
